Truth is, "al" in Arabic = "the" in English. And "ilah" in Arabic = "god" in English. So, "al ilah" in Arabic = "the god" in English. Actually, if Allah = "al+ilah", then "Allah" cannot mean God, but "the god", unless "the god" = God. But "the god" is not as same as God. Right? So, "Allah" is not as same as "God".
True, Allah is God, but "Allah" does not mean God. Get it? And "laa-ilaha-illallah" (laa ilaha illallah) should be translated as "not a god except Allah", not as "no god except God", nor as "not a god except the god". And if you feel the words, then don't you think that "no god except God" is funny or nonsense? Nevertheless, what does "god" mean? If Firaun or the Pharaoh was not insane nor stupid, then why did he claim to be a god? And Jesus Christ never actually claimed to be God, right? Be correct about the meaning of god. Be correct about the meaning of worship. And "God" is actually not as same as "Allah". "God" is really not as same as "Allah", so both "God" and "god" is the same word in Arabic, which is "ilah", and of course, they both have the same meaning. And "Allah" is really not as same as "God", so do not translate "Allah" as "God". Do not misguide. Regarding Firaun and "god", consider Quran 26:29 and 28:38. And regarding Allah as creator, consider Quran 21:30-33 and 24:45 and 32:7-8 and 49:13 and 57:4. Hmm, "God" versus "god". Can you differentiate "God" from "god" if you are blind? Truly, has capitalization been misdefined?
If I capitalize the "w" in "worship", then is the meaning of "Worship" different from the meaning of "worship"? Or if I capitalize the "l" in "my lord", then is the meaning of "my Lord" different from the meaning of "my lord"? Answer: No, but let me understand if I am wrong. Anyway, there are no capital letters in Aramaic, the lingua franca of the Middle East when Jesus Christ was born and when he was supposedly crucified. Truly, the lingua franca was Aramaic, not Hebrew. So? Don't be deceived or misled. "God" and "god" are not Aramaic words, so precisely, Jesus Christ never used the word "God" and "god".
